We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at reception@rxmdsolutions.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address.
- Ship your item back using a trackable method.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us right away and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email reception@rxmdsolutions.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
